Two great courses will precede the Fall Forum on October 2nd, and 3rd, detailed below;
Course 209 – Negotiating Effectively with a Diverse Clientele This course explores the processes, dynamics, challenges and opportunities involved when negotiating with a diverse clientele, with the goal of maximizing each participant’s personal negotiating power and effectiveness.
Course 840 – Canadian Expropriation Basics This four-hour, beginning-level course provides a high-level overview of expropriation to help you understand and identify items, in addition to market value, which may be payable to affected parties in the event of a compulsory acquisition.
