Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for Chapter 65 is being held on Friday May 16, 2025, at 10 am, Crown Plaza, located 1005 Main Street, Moncton, New Brunswick. The 2025 meeting Agenda and minutes from the 2024 AGM can be found below.

The Chapter is open for nominations for the International Director position and Educational Chair. The International Director that shall act as liaison between the International and Chapter structures of the Association working in close cooperation with the Regional Chair and Vice Chair. They shall inform the Chapter Executive Board of all actions and activities occurring at meetings of the International Board of Directors and of such other matters as may come to their attention. The term of service for the position is July 1st, 2025, to June 30th, 2027. The International Director is required to attend the international conference during their term.

While the term of service for each of the remaining executive members is June 30th, 2025, all positions are open for nomination annually and at each annual general meeting the opportunity is made available to the membership to endorse the second year of the term of service for each occupied position. In the past many members of the board have made long term commitments to serve on the Executive, moving up bi-annually to the next open position. There is also always an opportunity to run from the floor during the AGM. If more than one person is running for a position, the membership will decide by a ballot vote who will fill the position.
