The Annual General Meeting for Chapter 65 is being held on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at 2:00 PM, at NB Power, located at 275 MacNaughton Ave., Moncton, NB. This date is quickly approaching and now is the time to consider nominations for the 2022-2023 Executive. Chapter 65 is seeking interested members who are willing to dedicate their time and energy as Officers of the Executive.
The following positions are open for nominations on the Executive Board:
Treasurer (2 year term)
Secretary (2 year term)
Vice President ( 2 year term)
President (2 year term)
International Director (2 year term)
The International Directors shall act as liaison between the International and Chapter structures of the Association working in close cooperation with the Regional Chair and Vice Chair. They shall inform the Chapter Executive Board of all actions and activities occurring at meetings of the International Board of Directors and of such other matters as may come to their attention.

While the term of service for each position is July 1st, 2022 to June 30th, 2024, all positions are open for nomination annually and at each annual general meeting the opportunity is made available to the membership to endorse the second year of the term of service for each occupied position. In the past many members of the board have made long term commitments to serve on the Executive, moving up bi-annually to the next open position. That being said, there is also always an opportunity to run from the floor during the AGM. If more than one person is running for a position, the membership will decide by a ballot vote who will fill the position.
