We are happy to present 431C – Problems in the Valuation of Partial Acquisitions (Canadian).

This Course is an intermediate elective course that can be applied towards the RWP certification or SR/WA designation or applied towards the R/W-AC certification.

It is great for those looking to expand their knowledge following course 421C – The Valuation of Partial Acquisitions (Canadian).

We are pleased to welcome Donn Bennett back to PEI as the instructor for the course;

Donn Bennett, M.Sc., AACI, SRWA, ASA, CESA, MRICS, RPA is an experienced Appraiser with 20+ years in the real estate field. To-date, Donn has completed valuations for various property types, including residential, commercial, industrial, vacant land and special-use properties. His specialties include relocation assistance, acquisitions, property management, feasibility studies, business analysis, zoning and permitting, due diligence, and complex appraisal assignments. This work is complemented by appraisal assignments for various levels of government for expropriation matters – full fee, partial acquisition, limited interest agreements, easements and right of ways. Donn has appeared before various courts and tribunals, as an expert witness on valuation matters.
